1. To download and install our plugin for Outlook 2013 - 2016, visit https://www.ip1sms.com/en/e-sms/

2. Click the download button to download e-SMS for Microsoft Outlook 2013 - 2016

3. Double-click the downloaded file and follow the wizard. The installation of e-SMS is now complete. You may need to restart your Outlook client for the changes to be registered

Once you have installed e-SMS for Outlook, you need to sign in with your iP1-user to send SMS.

 

1. Open your Outlook Client and press the icon for e-SMS

2. Press the settings button in the top header, and the the account button.

3. Enter your user information: E-mail address and Password, and press "OK".

If you do not have an account, you need to create one to access e-SMS. You can choose to create a test account or visit our web shop to order a active account directly. Once your account is registered, you will receive your details (Account and API Key) sent to the email address you registered.

e-SMS automatically retrieves all your local Outlook contacts. To send an e-SMS to a contact, enter the contact's name or phone number in the "To" field and click the small blue box that appears below the field.

You can use existing groups in your local Outlook contacts book, thus searching for the group name to easily send an e-SMS to multiple contacts. You can also send an e-SMS to multiple recipients by typing in the contact name and pressing the small blue box below the "To" field and repeating the procedure for each individual contact.
